2023 has been a rollercoaster of emotions for Leeds fans. From getting relegated with Big Sam to renewal with Daniel Farke. We still bang on about Marcelo Bielsa and come into some criticism for it, but it’s because that was the only time in the last decade or so that we’ve felt a sense of stability. Now, that sense of stability is coming back.
Not much more has highlighted this than my mates, who now want to come and watch Leeds with me again. In the Bielsa years, I went to games with people who weren’t members, season ticket holders or even Leeds fans. Like us, they were captivated by the playing style and the aura surrounding El Loco.
