Leeds United’s 2023/24 season didn’t really start in earnest until the close of the summer transfer window. As the rats jostled for position to jump from what they deemed to be a sinking ship, it left the club with a cast of players who, even if they didn’t really want to, had no choice but to roll their sleeves up and crack on.
