The Square Ball is not, technically, a football club. But if we were, we’d design a really nice football shirt for everyone to wear. And with help from Admiral, that’s exactly what we’ve done.

Introducing The Square Ball x Admiral home shirt for 2022/23 season. We need some marketing nonsense here don’t we? So let’s say the white fabric represents TSB’s heritage of more than thirty years of printing our magazine on, erm, paper. The blue is a reference to the coarse language used on the podcast. And yellow is just a really nice colour, isn’t it? Especially with white and blue.

Admiral, of course, have been making beautiful football shirts ever since they got started with Don Revie’s Leeds back in the 1970s, and this is the third project we’ve worked on together. They’ve done a lovely job here — check out those stitched TSB and Admiral logos.
